We Need Your Documents. . .


In the process of this class action, we are compiling files for every David Karas/Money Concepts (Barrie) client who is participating. We do not require originals, but we do need copies of the documents listed below from as many of you as possible. Each title in this list is linked to a PDF file.  You may have documents that are similar to these, but not identical.  They may bear the name of a different company, or have a different format or logo.  If so, please send them in as well. Please review the list and send us copies of any that are relevant to you at your earliest convenience by one of the following methods:
  • electronically (email)  If you do not have a scanner, you can have your documents scanned at a very low cost from a number of outlets, including UPS Store and Staples. (They can arrange to send us the documents by email or by making a CD and sending that to us.)
  • by fax to 613-233-8868
  • by courier to Doucet McBride LLP 85 Plymouth Street Ottawa, ON, K1S 3E2

If you have friends, family or neighbours who borrowed money to invest with David Karas/Money Concepts (Barrie) and suffered a 

loss in the process, please encourage them to also send us copies of their documents.  A class action includes all people who
