Class Action Certification Granted - Karas and Stephenson Clients


On February 17, 2012, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice certified the class action with respect to the clients of both David Karas and James Stephenson. These clients borrowed to invest in mutual funds on the advice of Mr. Karas and Mr. Stephenson.
